EVFC Incident #46 07/01/2014 at 4:49am - 317 Weymouth Elwood Rd. (The Homestead) for an Activated Fire Alarm

IncidentsOn arrival 1600A found nothing and recalled all unit with the exception of Station 160. Investigated- found false alarm. Reset alarm, all Station 160 units were clear at 5:10am

EVFC Incident #45 06/26/2014 at 9:19am - 3701 Reading Ave for wires aching

IncidentsCalled for the report of wires aching. Found tree branch arching on power line. Made the area safe and notified Electic Company. Cleared scene and turned over to Atlantic City Electric at 10:23am.

EVFC Incident #44 06/22/2014 at 7:15pm - Elwood Rd & Pleasant Mills Rd in Sweetwater for a MVA

IncidentsStation 160 was dispatch to a MVA at Elwood Rd and Pleasant Mills Rd.16-50 went to the scene and directed R16-2 to re-route traffic at Jackson RD and Pleasant Mills RD. Police requested Station 160 to close Pleasant Mills Rd at Jackson Rd with cones and barrels. Station 160 cleared scene with no incident and no further action taken.

EVFC Incident #43 06/19/2014 at 9:33pm - 417 10th Ave for a Smoke Investigation

IncidentsInvestigated smoke coming from the woods. Found neighbor at 4757 Old Egg Harbor Rd had extinguished fire pit causing the smoke. No action taken.

EVFC Incident #42 06/19/2014 at 1:18pm - 4001 Reading Ave for an Activated Fire Alarm

IncidentsReceived a call for an activated fire alarm. En route to the call E16-3 had mechanical issues. Called dispatch and cancelled 16-3\'s response. Police, on scene cleared the alarm.

EVFC Incident #41 06/13/2014 at 5:25am - Moss Mill Rd near Heidelberg Ave for MVA with Fuel Spill

IncidentsOn arrival, found tow-behind air compressor rolled over and leaking diesel fuel and engine oil. Plugged fuel leak and contained spill on ground. Called for Atlantic County Health Dept. Cleared by County Health Dept on scene.
