EVFC Incident #16 02/05/2025 at 4:35pm - White Horse Pike and Wharton Park Blvd in Elwood for a motor vehicle accident

IncidentsCalled for a motor vehicle accident at the intersection of White Horse Pike and Wharton Park Blvd. Cleared debris out of the roadway. Assisted PD with traffic until tow truck removed the vehicle from the roadway.

IncidentsCalled for MVA with vehicle smoking. Vehicle into pole and into woods. Arrived and found smoke was mostly steam, cut battery cables and stood by until electric company arrived

EVFC Incident #14 02/01/2025 at 11:31am - 439 Burdick Ave in Elwood for an MVA Rollover

IncidentsReceived a call for an MVA. Arrived on scene and the patient self extricated. Roll over with pole down and wires on vehicle. Provided traffic support and held the scene until Atlantic City Electric arrived on location. De-energized the vehicle and turned the scene over to PD. The vehicle could not be removed until Verizon arrived on location.

EVFC Incident #10 01/22/2025 at 9:57am - 900 Darmstadt Ave in Elwood for an Activated Fire Alarm

IncidentsReceived call for an automatic alarm. Found alarm sounding at the steps from the garage to the basement. Pulled alarm off and disconnected it from the wall. Found to be an older style alarm head, left disconnected and advised homeowner to contact an alarm company to update heads and alarm system.
