Fire Rescue News - Fire damages Hammonton home

A late-night fire damaged a Hammonton home.

The fire happened in a home along 3rd Street, between Ranere Avenue and Francis Street. Officials say the fire started in the home's cellar - and that no one was injured.

Hammonton Police and Fire personnel and local EMS crews remained at the scene at 11:30 p.m.

There's no word on the amount of damage - or what might have started the fire.
