there were small flames coming from a water heater located at the rear of the laundry room. Gas to the laundry room was shut off, and the fire was extinguished.
The laundry was closed, but other hotel operations were not affected.
Responding to the fire were the Bayview and Oceanville volunteer fire companies, Galloway Township Ambulance Squad and the Galloway Township Police Department.
