One of our Firefighters and my son PV2 Timothy Brining will be in Iraq for Christmas this year serving as an Army Medic. We are putting together a Christmas gift package for him and the men and women in his unit.
We are purchasing small personal gifts and phone cards so they can call family and friends during the holidays.

Hammonton Fire and Rescue were dispatched to Route 206 & Route 30 at 7:24pm on Nov 23rd for a MVA over turned with two ejections. The Fire Department landed the helicopter at the Hammonton Air Port. One person was transported by air to an unknown Tramra unit. One other person was transported to Kessler Hospital by ground ambulance.

The Elwood Fire Company was called to 620 Columbia Rd at 12:41am for a vehicle fire on Nov 13th 2008. Engine 16-3 and Tanker 16-5 responded with full crews and found a fully involved pick up truck near a garage. The fire was quickly extinguish with little damage to the structure. All units were clear at 1:29am.
