Attempted to cut battery cables, was not successfull. Stoodby for tow company. Blocked traffic untill vehicle was towed.

Called in as structure fire. Oven shorted out causing sparks on front of the oven. Shut breakers off to wall unit. Advised home owner to call an electrician.

Cable wire from street was energized by electric line. Cable from street burned to the house and broke at splitter that goes into house. Checked interior and exterior of house.
