While on another call, passerby gave report of a tree on fire on Route 30. Found tree on wires and smoking. Electric company arrived at the same time we did. Electric company removed tree from wires. All units cleared at 7:01pm

Neighbor heard alarm and called fire department. upon arrival we found heavy smoke in upstairs bedroom, a heat lamp fell into a drawer and set some clothes on fire. homeowners not present at the time, they were in Philadelphia and they are on their way back. left doors closed and unlocked.
