EVFC Incident #122 10/11/2025 at 11:55am - 1300 White Oak Circle in Elwood for a Gas Leak

IncidentsReceived a call for the smell of gas inside the residence. 1600 arrived on scene and investigated. The gas company arrived and found a leak and shut gas off to the building so the leak could be repaired. All units clears the seen.

EVFC Incident #120 10/08/2025 at 9:03pm - 196 Weymouth Rd in Elwood for a Lager Trash Fire

Incidents

Hammonton called for a heavy smoke outside. Advised the fire was a large pile of pallets burning on the Mullica Sides of 1st Rd. T16-5 arrived and deployed a 1 3/4 handline and initiated a fire attack with Hammonton 9-3. Utilized ladder 10, 12-36, and 1616 for fire attack. Utilized NJFFS bulldozers to assist in spreading piles. 16-3 assited in the supply line lay from the hydrant to fire scene.

EVFC Incident #118 10/06/2025 at 8:44pm - 3417 S White Horse Pike in Elwood for an Activated Fire Alarm

IncidentsReceived a call for an activated fire alarm at the Bus Stop. Arrived on scene and there no signs of fire. Investigated the entire fire alarm system and could not find the issue. Removed on sensor from the basement and was able to reset the system. Notified the owner that they need to notify the alarm company and have them troubleshoot and repair the system. The alarm was place back in service and cleared the scene.

EVFC Incident #117 10/02/2025 at 1:42am - 500 Elwood rd in Elwood for an Activated Fire Alarm

IncidentsAll alarm malfunction ,school personal on scene cleaned the detector and reset the alarm.
