Called for wires down and arching between Elwood Fire House and Blooming Care. Found tree on wires and neutral wire on the ground. Notified AC Electric and stood by until they arrived. AC Electric cut power to the rear building of Blooming Care to make safe until new electrical service is installed.

Arrived on scene no smoke visible . Skunk was found in crawlspace and advised owner to call exterminator no further action taken. 16-30A cleared all companies.

Odor of propane in the house. Found propane tank was empty. Ventilated the structure. Notified homeowner to call their propane provider.

Neighbor called reporting audible smoke detector. Nothing found confirmed false alarm

Shuttled water and assisted with fire extinguishment
