BUENA VISTA TWP.--Some scary moments Tuesday night where several crews responded to a school bus accident.

Fortunately the circumstance turned out to be minor after a school bus leaving Buena Regional Middle School hit a light pole in the parking lot.

Less than 25 students were aboard the late bus that was leaving about 5:30 Tuesday evening.

Two students, ages 13 and 14, were taken to the hospital for what officials say are minor bumps and bruises.

All of the students were taken back to school to be checked out before parents came to pick them up.

Officials say the students were more “shook up” than anything.

The accident remains under investigation.
