Received a call for a motor vehicle accident. Arrived on scene, the drivers were out of the vehicles. One driver transported to the hospital for minor injuries. Stayed on scene and controlled traffic flow until the vehicles got towed away.

EVFC Incident #29 3/18/2024 at 1:42pm - Hamburg Ave. and Duerer St. in for a motor vehicle accidentReceived a call for a motor vehicle accident. Arrived on scene, the drivers were out of the vehicles. One driver transported to the hospital for minor injuries. Stayed on scene and controlled traffic flow until the vehicles got towed away.
EVFC Incident #28 03/18/2024 at 11:06am - 2780 7th Ave in Sweetwater for an Activated Fire AlarmReceived call for an automatic alarm. 1630 found alarm company working on alarm and recalled all units.
EVFC Incident #27 03/18/2024 at 7:48am - 2628 Thurston Ave in Sweetwater for an Appliance FireDryer on fire. Was extinguished with fire extinguisher and removed from the structure.
EVFC Incident #26 03/16/2024 at 7:03pm - 23rd Ave/Pittsburg Ave in Elwood for Smoke OutsideCalled for the report of Smoke Outside. 1600 investigated and found smoke from a Forest Fire controlled burn in the area. Recalled all units at 7:16pm
EVFC Incident #25 03/16/2024 at 3:41pm - 4776 Moss Mill Rd in Elwood for a Motor Vehicle AccidentCalled for a report of a Motor Vehicle Accident with fire. On arrival found one vehicle MVA with no fire & wires down. Blocked off roads & stood by until Atlantic City Electric made safe & Atlantic County blocked off road.
EVFC Incident #24 03/15/2024 at 2:45pm - 317 Weymouth Rd in Elwood for an Activated Fire AlarmReceived a call for an automatic alarm. Found the 2nd floor front hallway alarm head activated. POA 34. Reset alarm system, on reset alarm was showing a trouble signal. Notified building manager to have a Technion come out a replace alarm and check the system. Also advised manager to put building under fire watch until panel and alarm system are back in service. Notified manager to call Dispatch when alarm is fixed.
