Tender was requested for a Forest Fire in Ocean County. Arrived at staging area. First assignment was filling fire trucks but was soon deployed to 703 Old Shore Rd (Lacey Self Storage) for structure protection. Extinguished spot fires along the fence line. Redeployed to 702 Challenger Way (Ignite Gymnastics). Extinguished spot fires around the property, cut lock on a storage container and extinguished fire inside the container, laddered roof and checked roof. Redeployed to a commercial structure fire on South Branch Rd in the area of the power plant. Found abandoned building with the number 5 on it that fire on the bravo side of the building. Extinguished fire and checked for extension. Redeployed to the Garden State Parkway to supply water to trucks extinguishing spot fires in the median between Mile Markers 69 and 74. Returned to staging area and were released by Incident Command.

Received a call for an activated fire alarm. Tanker 16-5 responded and was recalled by command on scene.

Cleaned detector and reset alarm

Called for a brush, fire had extended into the woods endangering nearby homes and trailers, assisted forest fire with extinguishing the fire and stood by while forest fire did back firing and using the dozer to make a plow line.

Cleaned up oil out of the roadway

Called for Transformer Fire. Power was out in area upon arrival, notified electric company Pole # 72909 36811 , Waited on scene for electric company. Electric company extinguished pole.
