Fire Rescue News - SMOKE SEEN ON THE ATLANTIC CITY SKYLINE; "NO CAUSE FOR ALARM"

ATLANTIC CITY -- Plumes of smoke were seen billowing from the city's skyline Thursday morning, but officials say it's no cause for alarm.

Officials say the fire department is conducing drills for their firefighters at Bader Field. The blaze is just part of an excercise, and was under control the entire time.

COURT HOUSE – Stone Harbor firefighter Jake Loefflad was released from AtlantiCare Regional Medical Center in Atlantic City after falling 14 feet from a ladder at the scene of a structure fire on Sat., Feb. 19. According to a press release, Loefflad injured his back and ribs in the fall.
