EVFC Incident #24 03/23/2021 at 7:11pm - 4531 Anderson Ave in Elwood for an Illegal BurnWhile Tanker 16-5 was responding to structure fire in South Egg Harbor, Nesco's Tanker 16-15 found smoke in the area behind the Elwood Fire House. Nesco was requested to investigate. Tanker 16-15 found an illegal burn at 4531 Anderson Ave. Tanker 16-15 extinguished fire.
EVFC Incident #23 03/23/2021 at 7:10pm - 453 S. Philadelphia Ave. in South Egg Harbor for a Structure FireCalled for mutual aid to South Egg Harbor for a Structure Fire. Tanker 16-5 arrived on scene and assisted with extinguishing fire at the rear of the house. Assisted with overhaul. Tanker 16-5 cleared the scene at 8:40pm
EVFC Incident #22 03/21/2021 at 4:32pm - 901 4th Ave in Elwood for a Woods / Brush FireCalled for a brush fire behind the residence. On arrival, found a bonfire that got out of control. With the assistance of Forest Fire Service, extinguished brush fire and bonfire. Area burned was about 1/2 an acre. Refilled forest fire trucks and cleared scene.
