Called for the report of a motor vehicle crash into a pole. On arrival found one vehicle into a pole with no occupant. Assisted police with search of the area for drive. Stood by until vehicle was loaded on flatbed. All units were cleared at 2:25pm.

Called for a chimney fire. On arrival, found flames coming out of the top of the chimney. Extinguished fire. Chimney was very clogged and had to remove chimney off the side of the house to complete extinguishment. No extension into the house. Fire was contained to the chimney. Equipment damaged during extinguishment: chimney brushes and poles, small metal bucket (left on scene to block off chimney hole), 100ft rope, and 1 pair of structure fire gloves.

No response from Elwood. Sweetwater responded to the scene.

Called for a struck gas line. Command found gas company on location and has the gas shut off. Stood by until cleared by gas company.

Car in the woods. No extrication needed. Patient out of vehicle upon arrival. Treated by EMS.
