Saturday, April 18 2026 @ 10:51 am EDT Incident #89 -10/05/2008 - Rt 30 East of 2nd St for MVA w/Landing Zone Assignment![]() The Elwood Fire Company was called to Rt30 near 2nd street for an MVA w/Landing Zone Assignment. Engine 16-3 assisted at the MVA while Tanker 16-5 Landed the helicopter at the old State Police Barracks. One person was flown to Atlantic Care City Division. All units were clear at 10:30pm.
Call Recording Click here for photos Incident #86 - 9/25/2008 - 313 Spruce St for Smoke Coming from a House All Mullica Twp Firemen along with Hammonton Fire Company were called to 313 Spuce ave for smoke coming from a house at 1:20pm on Sept 25th. On arrival 1600-A found a small fire in the yard in a fire pit. All other units with the exception of Station 160 were recalled. All Elwood units were clear at 1:42pm.
