Two car head-on MVA with two victims entrapped. Two victims were pronounced dead at the scene. Two others were transported to area hospitals.

MVA car into tree. Station 162 was called to land the helicopter. Station 162 was called to the scene for manpower.  Station 162 & 163 were recalled.  The driver was pronounced dead at the scene. All Elwood units were clear at 5:14pm.
