EVFC Incident #35 05/31/2013 at 2:03pm - 3040 White Horse Pike for a Woods/Brush Fire

IncidentsReceived a call about a woods fire in front of the old Comcast building. Upon arrival, determined that the mulch was on fire, ignited by a cigarette. Hit the fire with the front discharge line off of 16-3 and extinguished the fire.

IncidentsDispatched to 5721 Duerer St for a Motor Vehicle accident with a rollover. Arrived on Scene and cut cables and stopped traffic so the wrecker could remove the vehicle. Cleared the scene at 7:43 AM

EVFC Incident #29 04/26/2013 at 2:09pm - 2742 McCormick Ave for a Brush Fire

IncidentsReceived a call about the Island directly in front of 2742 McCormick Ave was on fire. Called for standby at Country Cupboard. Later directed down to the fire scene to provide support in case the fire jumped to land. The Forest Fire service control burned, via helicopter, the remaining brush on the island. Was cleared by Asst. Chief Ficken.
