Found one story wood framed dwelling fire. Extinguish fire. Overhauled, wet down hot spots. All units were clear at 6pm

Received a call for an oil water heater that could possibly blow up. Found water heater not working or trying to run. turned electric off to water heater. Police contacted landlord to have water heater repaired.

Received a call, reporting that a vehicle ran into a ditch and caught fire.  Arrived on scene and found fire extinguished by Nesco Fire Company.  Assisted in removing the victim from the vehicle.  No extrication or jaws required.

Received a report of a gas leak. Found a leak in the pipe above the regulator. Shut gas off at the main valve before the regulator.

Station 160 was dispatched to 4841 Reading ave for arching wires. Upon arrival, the top of the utility pole was on fire. Engine 16-3 with the assistance from police redirected traffic around hazardous area and waited for AC electric company arrival. Electric company arrived on location, shut off power to 4846 Reading ave, and extinguished the fire with a water can. Station 160 cleared scene without incident. Electric company remained on location to repair pole.
