A fire at a vacant Millville home Tuesday night destroyed the property and left two firefighters with minor injuries, firefighters said.

The Millville fire department was dispatched to the blaze near the corner of Oak and Third streets around 8:20 p.m. and crews worked for over six hours at the scene.

Other than the firefighters, whose injuries are not considered serious, there was no one else injured, firefighters said. The fire destroyed the vacant home, but did not damage other nearby property.
