Received a call for an activated fire alarm. Sweeter Water unit arrived on scene and investigated and found no smoke or fire. 16-5 stood by in station and recalled.

Station 160 was dispatched to 4727 Moss Mill Rd for a brush fire. Upon arrival, a unattended controlled brush fire on the property of rainy day horse farm. 1600A confirmed with the home owner that they did have a permit to burn. Forest Fire unit C8 check the fire and allowed the owner to continue to burn. Dispatch was notified and all units cleared, no action was taken.

Received a call for a motor vehicle accident and a report of smoke coming from the vehicle. Arrived on scene and removed the battery connection. No smoke was found. Recalled all units except station 160. All units were cleared the scene at 3:09pm.

Cooking Incident, all units were clear at 5:44pm

Elwood was requested for mutual aid for a structure fire in Chesilhurst. Was unable to provide mutual aid, not enough crew response.

Called for a vehicle fire. On arrival, found no fire but vehicle had a broken brake line that was spraying on to rotor and smoking. Moved vehicle out of roadway. Patrol remained on location until tow truck arrived. All Station 160 units cleared at 4:17pm
