EVFC Incident #138 12/14/2018 at 6:22pm - 404 Elwood Rd. in Elwood for an Activated Fire AlarmReceived a call for an activated fire alarm. Arrived on scene and determined that it was a false alarm. The owner self cleared the alarm prior to arrival. Inspected the system and placed it back online and cleared the scene.
EVFC Incident #137 12/14/2018 at 11:53am - 3017 Reading Ave in Elwood for an illegal burnAll Mullica township fire departments were dispatched to 3017 Reading Ave for an illegal burn. Upon R16-2 arrival on scene, police advised R16-2 crew that they investigated and found that incident was not an illegal burn, instead it turned out to be smoke coming from a chimney. No further action was taken, all units cleared without incident.
EVFC Incident #136 12/09/2018 at 3:12pm - 3017 Reading Ave in Elwood for Illegal BurnReceived a call for an legal burn. 1600 arrived on scene and instructed the homeowner to extinguish the fire. 1600 remanded on scene until the fire was put out.
EVFC Incident #135 12/09/2018 at 3:27am - 3417 S White Horse Pike in for an Activated Fire AlarmOn arrival found a low battery set off the detector. Recalled all units at 3:41am
EVFC Incident #134 12/08/2018 at 5:57pm - 4531 S White Horse Pike in Elwood for a Propane leakOn arrival found a propane tank leaking. Made area safe and awaited arrival or Allen's Propane and stood-by until the tank was emptied. All Station 160 units were clear at 7:58pm
EVFC Incident #133 12/06/2018 at 9:05pm - 3416 Nesco rd in Nesco for an Activated Fire AlarmCalled for the report of an Activated Fire Alarm. On location found a Heater Malfunction. All Station 160 units were clear at 9:39pm
