EVFC Incident #52 03/15/2026 at 10:51pm - 500 Elwood road in Elwood for an Activated Fire Alarm

Received a call for an activated fire alarm at the Elwood school. Arrived on scene and investigated. Found a defective head outside the library. Tried blowing the dust out of the unit but did not help. The school is having the head replaced in the morning. Reactivated the system without the head and cleared the scene.
