EVFC Incident #53 06/06/2023 at 3:34pm - 5107 White Horse Pike in Elwood for a MVA overturned

MVA with overturned, Driver was trapped. Stabilized vehicle, removed windshield and sunroof, tilted steering wheel up and was able to remove victim through sunroof. Other stations provided traffic control.
