Incident #42 06/14/2008 at 7:58am - Rt 30 & 5th Ave. for a MVA

E-16-3 & R16-4 responded at 7:58am on June 14th to Rt30 and 5th ave for a MVA. On arrival at 8:05am e-16-3 pulled the bumper line and the crew cut the batteries cables. All units were clear at 8:30am
