Incident # 28 Traffic Detail

IncidentsThe Elwood Fire Company was called out at 6:18pm on April 27th to Rt 30 and Elwood rd for a traffic detail. E-16-3 & Support 16-1 assisted the Police with Traffic while Tanker 16-5 and Rescue 16-4 assisted with the tree down at Weymouth & Reading.

Incident # 27 Woods Fire / Debris

IncidentsOn April 19th at 10:52am the Elwood Fire Company was called to 3453 Reading ave for the report of a woods fire. On arrival Engine 16-3 found a large pile of debris from a demolished shed on fire and the woods around it. Tanker 16-5 arrived and supplied water to E-16-3. All units were clear at 11:36am.

Incident #26: Cover Assignment Laureldale Station 18-3

IncidentsThe Elwood Fire Company was called at 12:35am on April 18th to Laureldale Station 18-3 for a cover assignment while they were at a structure fire. Engine 16-3 responded with a crew of 6. They were clear at 2:30am.

Incident #25 - Traffic Assist

IncidentsThe Elwood Fire Company was called at 6:06pm to the intersection of Moss Mill Rd and Elwood Rd to Assist the police department with traffic detail due to inoperative traffic light on April 13th.

Incident #24 Structure Fire / Kitchen

IncidentsThe Elwood Fire Company along with the other Twp companies were called at 5:55pm on April 13th at 407 Locust St for a Structure Fire/Kitchen. On arrival crews found a heating pad on fire in a microwave. They put out the fire and checked for extension.

Incident #23 Structure Fire - Hammonton

IncidentsThe Elwood Fire Company was called out on April 8th at 2:00am for a fully involved structure fire at 36 Oak rd in Hammonton. Tanker 16-5 responded with a full crew to the scene to supply water and manpower. Engine 16-3 responded to the Hammonton High School to act as a water supply to incoming tankers. All units were clear at 4:19am.

Incident #22: Structure Fire

IncidentsThe Mullica Twp Fire Companies were called on April 5th at 12:14pm to 2212 Elwood rd in Sweetwater for a possible structure fire. Sweetwater's E-16-33 arrived along with Tanker-16-5, E-16-3 and support 16-1. All other units were recalled. They found a electrical fire underneath the sideing on the out side of the house. The electric was turned off and the fire was put out. The units check for extension with the thermal camera. All units were clear at 12:54pm.
