Mullica Township Homeowner Discovers Rabid RaccoonFrom the Atlantic City Press Published: Monday, August 25, 2008 Press Staff Reports A raccoon that was collected on Wescoat Avenue near Nesco Road in Mullica Township has tested positive for rabies, according to Atlantic County Health Officer Patricia Diamond. Congratulation to our New MayorThe Elwood Vol Fire Company would like to congratulate former Fire Company President William Kennedy on being sworn in as Mayor of Mullica Twp today. Bill served as EVFC president from 1983 to 2003 and has been a member for over 26 years. Bill is currently retired from firefighting but remains an active life member.
