MVA w/ entrapment. ACE bucket truck vs. compact SUV. 16-4 used winch to pull back ACE truck off of driver door of SUV. Jaws used to remove SUV driver. Placed on backboard and transported by ambulance. ACE driver refused treatment. Stood by until vehicles were removed from the roadway.
