Called for a chimney fire. On arrival, found flames coming out of the top of the chimney. Extinguished fire. Chimney was very clogged and had to remove chimney off the side of the house to complete extinguishment. No extension into the house. Fire was contained to the chimney. Equipment damaged during extinguishment: chimney brushes and poles, small metal bucket (left on scene to block off chimney hole), 100ft rope, and 1 pair of structure fire gloves.Comments (0)
