Called for the report of wires arcing. Rescue 16-2 responded and found breaker had been tripped on pole with tree down across the driveway. Stood by for Electric Company. No active arcing or hazard for over an hour. Electric company did not show yet. Reported pole number and address of 611 64th street. to dispatch.
