white man standing about 6 feet tall and weighing 140 lbs, with green eyes and gray hair. Authorities say Herbert was wearing a white and black flannel jacket, blue jeans and white tennis shoes when he was last seen. He possibly could be wearing a gray baseball cap with the word Tennessee on it, police add.
According to police, Herbert is known to take walks in town through the day, carrying a large stick. He usually does not speak but responds by shaking his head. Authorities say Herbert has no money on him but possibly could have a card with his name and contact phone number on him.
