the 500 block of East Revere Way in the township's Oceanville section. The fire started when a woman who lives in the home dropped a match in the upstairs bathroom. Garbutt said she was attempting to light a candle.

The woman and her son escaped from the house unharmed. The other two members of the family were not home when the fire began, Garbutt said.

The fire was contained to the upstairs bathroom and an upstairs bedroom. The house, which sustained heat and smoke damage, is uninhabitable, Garbutt said.
