The crash occurred on CR-649 at around 4 p.m.
MedEvac 5 was requested to airlift the unidentified female rider to the trauma unit at AtlantiCare Regional Medical Center in Atlantic City. The woman was reported to have an open leg fracture.
The Tuckahoe Fire Department also responded to set up a landing zone.
The crash is under investigation by state police.
