SOMERS POINT--At least one person was taken to the hospital Wednesday afternoon after an accident landed a car on the lawn of Somers Point City Hall.
It happened just before 2:00p.m. along Route 9 and New Jersey Avenue.
Police have not released any details, so it is unclear if more than one vehicle was involved.
The driver of the Dodge Stratus that came to rest at city hall was taken to an area hospital for unknown injuries.
The accident remains under investigation.
