EVFC Incident #39 07/06/2017 at 12:41pm - 4863 White Horse Pike for a Motor Vehicle Crash

IncidentsReceived a call for a MVC. Arrived on scene and the patients were out of the car. Removed the battery cables from both vehicles and assisted EMS with lifting one of the patients. Held the scene with Police until both vehicles were removed.

IncidentsCall for the report of wires down and lawn on fire. Investigated - found only a phone wire down. All units clear at 5:45pm

Elwood Vol Fire Company Receives an Award from Atlantic City Electric

EVFC News

The Elwood Vol Fire Company Received a $10,000 Grant Award from Atlantic City Electric which will be used for an electronic sign to provide real-time community information such as event, safety messages and weather alerts. The grant was awarded to Jerry Critelli Jr a 35 year member of the Elwood Vol Fire company and an employee of Atlantic City Electric.

EVFC Incident #37 06/23/2017 at 5:52pm - Darmstadt Ave and White Horse Pike for a motor vehicle accident with entrapment

IncidentsCalled out for a motor vehicle accident with entrapment. On arrival, found one patient entraped in vehicle. Used spreaders to remove passenger side door. Assisted EMS with moving patient. Secured both vehicles. All units cleared 6:34pm

IncidentsCover assignment for Hammonton Station 1. While there received a call to investigate the smell of smoke in the residents at 132 N Chew Rd. Investigated for nothing. Possible odor from other fire near there. All Station 160 units were clear Hammonton at 3:20am
